Delivery policy

All of our products are digital. Delivery is immediate and there is no physical shipping and no shipping cost.

1. Nature of the products

Crearia Digital LLC sells exclusively digital products: printable guides and manuals in PDF format. No physical item is shipped, so there are no shipping costs, transit times or delivery addresses.

2. Delivery time

• Immediate. As soon as payment is confirmed, the access page is shown on screen and an email is sent with the download link.
• The usual time is under 60 seconds and in all cases never more than 24 hours.
• Delivery goes to the email address you provide during checkout.

3. Formats and technical requirements

• Guides and manuals: PDF files, readable on any computer, tablet, phone or e-reader, and laid out to be printed at home. No paid apps required.
• Extra resources: printable templates and checklists in standard PDF format.

4. Duration of access

Access is permanent and does not expire. The files are downloaded and yours to keep, including any future updates to the guide at no extra cost.

5. If your product does not arrive

If the email has not appeared after a few minutes:

• Check your spam, promotions and notifications folders.
• Make sure there is no typo in the email address entered at checkout.
• Write to info@crearia.llc with the product and purchase date. We resend access manually, usually within 24 business hours.

If a technical problem prevents us from delivering your product, we refund the full amount automatically, in line with the refund policy.

6. Geographic coverage

Because the products are digital, we sell internationally with no geographic restriction, except in territories subject to applicable sanctions or legal restrictions.
