At Crearia Digital LLC we process your personal data for one purpose only: to sell and deliver our products and to support you. We never sell your data to third parties.

2. What data we collect

• Purchase data: name, email address and billing details (country and, where applicable, address) needed to issue your receipt.
• Payment data: entered directly into the secure checkout of Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which acts as an independent data controller for it. Crearia Digital LLC never receives or stores your card number; we only see the order reference, the amount and the result of the charge.
• Support data: the content of the messages you send us and your email address, so we can reply.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type and pages visited, for security and aggregate statistics.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• Processing your purchase and delivering the product — performance of a contract.
• Providing support and handling refunds — performance of a contract.
• Meeting tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
• Preventing fraud and protecting the site — legitimate interest.
• Sending marketing communications — only with your express consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the unsubscribe link in every email.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service, all of them bound by data processing agreements:

• Paddle.com — Merchant of Record: payment processing, tax calculation and remittance, receipts, fraud prevention and refunds. Paddle acts as an independent controller for the order data it collects; see its own privacy notice.
• Transactional email provider — sending access links and purchase receipts.
• Web hosting provider — publishing and running the site.

We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes. We disclose data to authorities only where legally required.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or on a valid adequacy decision.

6. How long we keep data

• Billing data: for the periods required by applicable tax and commercial law.
• Product access data: for as long as your licence remains active.
• Support correspondence: up to 3 years from the last contact.
• Marketing data: until you withdraw your consent.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent given. Write to info@crearia.llc from the email address linked to your account. We respond within 30 days.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

8. Security

The site runs entirely over HTTPS with TLS encryption. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, and we limit internal access to the people who need it to run the service.

9. Children

Our products are intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we find that a minor's data has been provided without authorisation, we delete it.
