1. Seller and Merchant of Record

The owner of this website and creator of the products offered is Crearia Digital LLC, a limited liability company formed in Florida, United States on 28 July 2026, registration number L26000393590, with principal address at 2 S Biscayne Blvd, Ste 3200 #7214, Miami, Florida 33131, United States. You can reach us at info@crearia.llc. Customer support is provided by email only.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. The contract of sale for the product is therefore concluded between you and Paddle, not between you and Crearia Digital LLC. Paddle handles the payment, the calculation and remittance of applicable taxes, the issuing of your receipt, customer service inquiries and returns.

Crearia Digital LLC remains responsible for creating the products, for delivering the content and for the product support described in these terms, and applies the satisfaction guarantee set out in section 6. Paddle's own buyer terms and conditions apply to the sale itself. Where these terms and Paddle's buyer terms conflict in respect of the sale, payment or refund of an order, Paddle's terms prevail.

2. Scope

Crearia Digital LLC sells digital educational products: printable guides and manuals in PDF format, covering everyday cooking, hands-on robotics projects for children and household survival and preparedness. All products are delivered electronically as downloadable files. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Acceptance

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract, and you accept these terms, the privacy policy, the refund policy and the delivery policy.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are displayed in the currency shown on each product's checkout page. Any sales tax, VAT or equivalent applicable in your country is calculated and added by Paddle at checkout, and the final total is shown to you before you confirm the payment.
• All products are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
• Payment is collected by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Crearia Digital LLC neither accesses nor stores your card details.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The methods actually available to you are shown at checkout and may vary by country.
• The charge appears on your bank statement as PADDLE.NET* CREARIA.
• Your receipt is issued by Paddle. If you need company or VAT details added to it, write to us and we will arrange it with Paddle.
• We may change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment of purchase.

5. Delivery

Once payment is confirmed you receive immediate access to the product, both on screen and by email, typically in under one minute and in all cases within 24 hours. Full detail is in the delivery policy.

6. Right of withdrawal and guarantee

Under consumer protection rules in several jurisdictions, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately where the consumer has expressly consented to that immediate delivery and acknowledged the resulting loss of the right.

Regardless of the above, Crearia Digital LLC voluntarily offers a broader satisfaction guarantee: 14 calendar days on every product, with no need to justify your reason. This is a commercial commitment we make to you: we approve the request and instruct Paddle, as Merchant of Record, to issue the refund to your original payment method. The procedure is in the refund policy.

7. Licence of use and intellectual property

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for private use. All content (text, images, video, trademarks and design) belongs to Crearia Digital LLC or its licensors. The following is expressly prohibited:

• Reselling, redistributing, assigning or publishing the materials, in whole or in part.
• Sharing your access credentials or the files with third parties.
• Using the content commercially, or to train third parties, without written authorisation.

Breach entitles Crearia Digital LLC to revoke access without a refund.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site fraudulently, not to attempt to access restricted areas, and to provide accurate information at checkout. We may cancel orders where there is reasonable evidence of fraud.

9. Nature of the content

Our products are informational and educational. They do not constitute medical, nutritional, health, legal or financial advice and are no substitute for a qualified professional. If you have a medical condition, allergies or dietary restrictions, consult your doctor before applying any recommendation. Results depend on individual application and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

10. Liability

Crearia Digital LLC is liable for direct and foreseeable damages arising from an attributable breach. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the product concerned. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site, although we work to keep the service running and to restore it promptly after any incident.

11. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect legal or operational changes. The version applicable to your purchase is the one published at the time you make it.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (United States), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights granted by the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence.

Before pursuing any formal route, please write to us at info@crearia.llc: most issues are resolved within 24 hours. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, questions about payment, billing or refunds can also be raised with Paddle directly through its buyer support. Consumers resident in the European Union may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
